I had a lovely experience here, everything was excellent, the location was peaceful so close to downtown and Aquarium. I asked for double room and it was airy with a view of the lake. The most important was the staff - knowledgeable and attentive people. Plenty of food for breakfast, which was exceptional to satisfy everyone.

Absolutely great hotel, my first choice in Toronto. Everywhere was exceptionally clean, staff were fabulous, comfy bed. Set close to a bus station in the downtown area. My room was functional and contemporary. Late check-out was useful.
